YouthAid Foundation is a section 8 non-profit company that trains people from marginalised communities through a mix of interactive theoretical knowledge and practical experiences on how to start, sustain and grow nano and micro businesses. It begins with making them more receptive to how quality of life increases through self-employment followed by how to generate business ideas through observation surveying the market to set up parameters for operations, financial literacy, digital literacy, creating a pitch for the product/service, establishing a brand, marketing, packaging and everything in between required to prepare people to contribute to a thriving grassroot entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Job role and responsibilities: 

This Job description is applicable for year. The location and job descriptions will be discussed with you in person. 

  1. Coordinate the Foundations’ activities in Karnataka.
  2. Mobilization of beneficiaries for entrepreneurship training
  3. Orientation of the entrepreneurs wanted to attend the training. 
  4. To enhance business skills, innovation and empowering skills of micro entrepreneurs in business development 
  5. Conducting trainings at various locations
  6. Complete responsibilities of organizing trainings
  7. Data and reporting of the training
  8. Follow-up with the entrepreneurs till business starts
  9. Formation of entrepreneurs clubs
  10. Building linkages with govt. for schemes and institutions for the entrepreneur’s development
  11. Promoting program on various platforms 
  12. Travel various location as resource person for training outside the organization 
  13. Development work at Bengaluru for YouthAid Foundation
  • Reporting, Submission of Weekly work plan on every Saturday, Monthly Timesheets and Monthly report on the last working day of the month.
  • The selected person reports to the COO, YouthAid Foundation based in Pune. 
  • An honorarium will be 25000-30,000per month (CTC)
