Jyotsna’s journey began with a strong commitment to creating a better world. With an M. Phil in Social Work and more than 15 years of experience in helping communities grow. This was thanks to her guidance from the Centre for Youth Development and Activities (CYDA) in Pune and the YouthAid Foundation. Through her dedicated work with the YouthAid Foundation, Jyotsna and her team ignited a spark of entrepreneurship among young people and women across the nation.
Rasika hold a Master of Arts (M.A.), a Diploma in Education (D.Ed.), a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.). Since 2018, she has been an active member of the YouthAid Foundation. She has also completed the Master Trainer Certificate Course from Nisbird.
With 7 years of experience in the Entrepreneurship Development Program, she has developed a robust understanding of entrepreneurial initiatives and support. Additionally, she has 4 years of experience in the education sector.

With a diverse background in social work and education, she holds a B.A., D.Ed., and MSW. My career spans over a decade, including 3 years as a Teacher, 2 years as a Police Patil, and 3 years as a Chief Minister Rural Development Fellow. Currently, she is leveraging my expertise as a Project Coordinator at YouthAid Foundation, where I have been making a meaningful impact for the past 3 years. Passionate about community development and youth empowerment, I strive to create positive social change through innovative projects and initiatives.
Kishori Thakar brings over five years of dedicated experience in the women’s development sector. She is masters in social work. As a master trainer for the YouthAid Foundation, she has played a pivotal role in empowering approx. 4,000 women through comprehensive entrepreneurship development training (EDP) programs.
Currently, Kishori is focusing her efforts on the data management, where she aims to continue her mission of promoting women’s empowerment and sustainable development.
